I began using the sachets and then moved on to these liquid shots as I found it handier in the morning to take the shot quickly before work and run out the door but I keep the sachets in stock for when I am travelling. I have been using collagen supplements from supplements made simple for four months now and have seen a massive improvement in my skin, not only on my face but on my back that has been a problematic area for me since my teens (currently 33). I would highly recommend.
