Started these approx 4/5 months ago. Wasn't sure at first but decided to ' trust the process'- I'm so glad I did. Nails stronger than they've ever been, (I often get complimented on them esp as they are real!!) hair shinier and stronger and skin improving too. Taste delicious and taking them gives me my daily reminder to drink more water!

This is a great product. I am on my 4th box. I take it every morning and love the taste of the tropical flavour. It's great that it incorporates Vitamin C so it's one less individual supplement to take.
