I know some people would find capsules handier for sure but collagen needs to be in liquid or powder for optimum absorbtion. Clumps can sometimes occur due to the molecular structure of collagen. I find the best way of avoiding these is by stirring as you're adding the sachet to water. You might prefer our pre-made liquid shots though. They're very handy; no stirring required!
