I'm 48, mother of 4 and I've been using these supplements for 4 months now. These taste absolutely delicious! I mix these with my My Protein Clear Whey Isolate (raspberry and lemonade flavour) and I look forward to the combo so much every day! I think they are making a huge difference to my skin but if I'm being completely honest I'm here for the taste mostly!
